1. Create your account

Register with your correct name and email address, choose a strong password and confirm your email when requested. Keep your login details private.

2. Search for the right vehicle

Use vehicle categories and filters such as make, model, year, mileage, price, location, fuel type and transmission. Save interesting vehicles and compare their specifications.

3. Review the listing carefully

Check all photos, technical details, mileage, registration information, vehicle location and seller details. Ask about defects, damage, accident history, service records and available documents.

4. Contact the seller directly

Use the contact options shown in the listing. Ask clear questions and request additional photos, videos, documents or a live inspection before making a decision.

5. Verify the vehicle and seller

Confirm the seller's identity and company details. Check the VIN or chassis number, ownership documents and vehicle history where possible. Arrange an independent inspection for valuable or international purchases.

6. Agree everything in writing

Confirm the final price, taxes, payment terms, collection or transport arrangements, included documents and the identity of both parties in a written purchase agreement.

7. Pay safely

Do not send money because of pressure or urgency. Verify bank details independently and use a traceable payment method. Be especially careful if the account holder differs from the seller.

8. Report concerns

If a listing, message or seller appears misleading or suspicious, stop the transaction and contact Mandai Bazaar support.
