Step 1: Set a Competitive Price for Your Product

  • Ensure your product prices are competitive within the marketplace. Research similar products to determine a reasonable price point.

Step 2: Navigate to the Promotions Section

  • Log in to your seller dashboard.
  • Locate and click on the "Promotions" or "Marketing" tab. This section is where you can manage discounts, sales, and other promotional activities.

Step 3: Create a New Promotion

  • Click on the "Create New Promotion" button. This will take you to a form where you can enter the details of your promotion.

Step 4: Fill in Promotion Details

  • Name: Enter a descriptive name for your promotion (e.g., "Summer Sale 2024").
  • Description: Provide a brief description of the promotion. This can help you remember the specifics of the promotion and communicate them to buyers if needed.
  • Type of Discount: Choose the type of discount you want to offer. Common options include a percentage off (e.g., 20% off), a fixed amount off (e.g., $10 off), or a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) deal.
  • Discount Value: Enter the discount value. For a percentage discount, enter the percentage (e.g., 20). For a fixed amount, enter the monetary value (e.g., 10).

Step 5: Set Promotion Conditions

  • Products: Select the products to which the promotion will apply. You can choose specific products, categories, or the entire store.
  • Customer Groups: If applicable, select the customer groups that are eligible for the promotion. This is useful for targeted promotions (e.g., for VIP customers or first-time buyers).
  • Conditions: Add any conditions for the promotion, such as a minimum purchase amount, specific payment methods, or geographic restrictions.

Step 6: Define Promotion Duration

  • Start Date and Time: Select the date and time when the promotion will start.
  • End Date and Time: Select the date and time when the promotion will end. Make sure the duration of the promotion is clearly communicated to your customers.

Step 7: Apply and Save the Promotion

  • Review all the details you have entered to ensure accuracy.
  • Click on the "Save" or "Activate" button to apply the promotion to your products.

When you sign up for a specific newsletter, we (Mandai Bazaar) add your email address to a corresponding mailing list. While it is there, we know that we can contact you by email regarding that topic.

Please note that mailing lists are independent from each other. If you decide not to receive newsletters at all, you’ll have to unsubscribe from all the mailing lists. Even if you do that, you’ll still receive account-related emails (such as order status notifications, password reset emails, and more). It is essential for operating an online store.

If you decide that you no longer want to use our store and would like to have your personal data removed from our database (or if you’d like to get all the personal data associated with your account that we have), please send an email to kundenbetreung@mandai-bazaar.com.

If you believe that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We’re obliged by EU General Data Protection Regulation to let you know about this right; we don’t actually intend to misuse your data.
