Seller Account Security and Verification Checklist

Protecting your seller account helps protect your vehicle listings, buyer conversations, business data and reputation.

1. Use a unique password

Create a long password used only for Mandai Bazaar. Do not share it by email, message or telephone and do not reuse a password from another service.

2. Protect email and telephone access

Your business email and telephone may be used for security and account recovery. Protect them with strong authentication and keep recovery information current.

3. Limit staff access

Give access only to employees who need it. Use individual accounts or appropriate permissions where available. Remove access immediately when a person leaves or changes role.

4. Review administrator permissions

Only trusted staff should be able to change company details, bank information, seller plans, listings or account access. Review permissions regularly.

5. Complete verification honestly

Upload only genuine, current and readable company, address, tax, representative and identity documents. Details must match the registered business.

6. Protect uploaded documents

Do not send verification documents to unknown buyers or unofficial contacts. Follow only instructions shown in the official account or confirmed support channel.

7. Recognise phishing

Mandai Bazaar will never need your password or one-time verification code through an unsolicited message. Check the website address before signing in and avoid unknown links or attachments.

8. Verify change requests

Treat unexpected requests to change email, telephone, legal representative, company ownership or bank details as high risk. Confirm them through a trusted internal process.

9. Monitor account activity

Review listings, messages, company details and staff access. Investigate unknown edits, new listings, unusual enquiries or unexpected notification emails immediately.

10. Respond to a suspected compromise

Change your password, secure your email account, sign out other sessions if possible and contact Mandai Bazaar support. Inform relevant staff and your bank if financial information may be affected.

11. Keep business information current

Report changes to the company name, address, registration, tax status, ownership or legal representative. Updated verification may be required.

12. Maintain listing integrity

Never allow third parties to use your verified account to publish unrelated or unauthorised vehicles. The verified seller remains responsible for all account activity and listings.
