How do I create a strong listing?
Choose the correct category, complete all relevant technical fields, use current photos and describe the vehicle accurately.
Which vehicle details are essential?
Provide make, model, year, mileage, VIN where appropriate, fuel, transmission, power, axle configuration, condition and location.
Which photos should I upload?
Show the exact vehicle from all sides, cabin, dashboard, mileage, tyres, engine, VIN area and visible defects.
What must I disclose?
Known defects, damage, accident history, mileage uncertainty, missing documents and important modifications.
How should I set the price?
State a clear price, currency and applicable VAT or tax information. Avoid misleading placeholder prices.
Can I create duplicate listings?
Avoid duplicates unless a supported variant genuinely requires a separate listing.
How quickly should I answer buyers?
Respond as soon as reasonably possible and provide clear, accurate answers.
How do I handle a sold vehicle?
Mark it sold or unavailable, or remove the listing promptly.
Can Mandai Bazaar reject a listing?
Yes. Incomplete, misleading, prohibited, duplicated or risky content may be rejected or restricted.
How do auctions work?
Read the auction rules, timing, vehicle data and seller conditions before participating. Bids may be binding.
Can an auction bid be withdrawn?
Do not assume this is possible. Review the applicable terms and contact support immediately after an error.
What should happen after an auction?
Confirm final price, taxes, payment deadline, collection, documents and both parties’ details in writing.
Does Mandai Bazaar become the seller?
No. The independent vehicle seller remains the contractual party for listings and auctions.
